| Migami is in negotiations with various potential entities regarding domestic and
international distribution of Migami's existing and to-be-developed products. At present,
Zen United has formalized a distribution agreement with Migami concerning the Hollywood Secrets line of cosmeceutical products.
Migami expects to make more distributor announcements in the near future.
